It's important to understand what Havana Central needs to improve in and through the development of this Pareto Chart, it is easier to view where there are areas for improvement. The total complaints were taken from Havana Central's Yelp Account from the dates of September 2017 to September 2018 which totaled out to be 74 complaints from visitors that had eaten at Havana Central. The top three complaints that make up 80% of Havana Central's problems are that food wasn't prepared well, the food was cold, and that visitors received a slow service. Those are the 3 main problem that Havana Central needs to focus on fixing in order to improve their overall service as a restaurant.
