While we were doing this project, us as a team we learned a lot about Operations Management and the important it plays in an organization to be able to apply it.
There is always room for improvement.
Communication is VERY key.
Inventory Management plays an important role.
Every part of operation management is like a puzzle piece, that put the whole company together and running.
